This Best Buy in Henderson has a lot to be desired! I paid CASH for a 60" Samsung tv that the salesman claimed was the best! I bring it home...no screws for the tv stand came with it.....so had to go buy machine screws at Lowe's. Finally get tv hooked up....and picture quality is horrible!!! Permanent green line going through entire screen....and about a 2 inch permanent white line towards bottom of screen. Not to mention the sound would not work either! I called their "Customer Service"....and was put on hold and transferred and then disconnected! This went on for an hour and a half! Finally I said....F it!!!! It's going back!
Now.....even more trouble occurs!!!! I haul in the tv.....and go to the customer service line.....where in front of me is another dissatisfied customer returning the exact tv I had....only his was a 50 inch. Then! Directly behind me comes a guy returning the exact tv only in a 55 inch! I'm thinking wtf is the deal with these Samsung tv's? SO I ask them why their returning the tv....Both guys had the same issues as me!!!!! No screws.....customer service over phone was a joke....and picture/sound quality sucked!!! So at that point....I knew I'm not getting another tv from here! I just want my damn cash back! ONLY TO BE TOLD......We don't give cash back.....but we'll send you a check in about 10 working days in the mail!!!!! I flipped out!!!!! I had the tv for a day and a half and said I'm not waiting for any check...I paid cash....and I want cash back! Finally after 30 minutes the manager came....and the guy behind me paid cash also....he said..."you mise well call the police right now...cause I'm not leaving here without my cash!!!! We were all furious!!!!! So finally in the end....the manager said he could credit our debit card and we can go to an atm and withdraw it immediately! I knew it was too good to be true! So here we are 3 days later and still no credit on my debit card! The manager said "we don't give cash back if it's over $400"! We give store credit or mail a check! I told him I asked specifically to Nick our salesman....If I'm not happy with the tv....I can return it and get my money back...correct? He said Yes absolutely! You have 15 days to return it...no questions asked! So my point is....this place sucks! They don't give you cash back even if you paid in cash and it's over $400. The customer service sucks....and the manager Jordan is a liar!!!!! And its quite obvious that Samsung bigscreens are not so great....after seeing 3 of them being returned with in 3 minutes of standing in line!!! Buyer Beware!!!! These people do not like to give you your hard earned money back!!!!! I will be going to Costco from here on out!!!!
