  • I decided to take the boys, 9 and 15, to Vegas for a short Spring Break trip. I wanted to pack a punch in the 2 days we were going to be here. I saw a Groupon for a helicopter ride for 3 people for either the Vegas strip tour or Red Rock Canyon and for an extra $10 show tickets a magic show for all 3. I thought that would fill up a day and be memorable. The boys decided on the Red Rock Canyon tour which in their head thought was the Grand Canyon tour. It wasn't the latter but they REALLY enjoyed it anyways. Adam was our pilot and was very friendly and patient. The only disappointing part was when I called to redeem the vouchers for the magic show, they were sold out for that day and the next. We were flying out tomorrow evening and they expired a week from today :(. We weren't going to be here, so I sent my son to give back the tickets and save it for someone else. What surprised me was that they said, they'd hold onto the ticket for the next time we came to Vegas and to call them ahead of time and they would book and redeem the vouchers for us. Because we live in San Jose and come here a couple times a year, I thought that was very nice of them to do. Next time, the nite time Vegas strip tour and seeing a magic show! Thank you for making it memorable for the kids and we will see you soon!
