This used to be our favorite stop for hardware, but not anymore. A manager (young man, seemed inexperienced) wouldn't let us return stain that we bought and was mixed incorrectly. The color was way off and we didn't realize it was mixed incorrectly until we tested it at home. He kept blaming us for the issue when the store was at fault. He didn't even offer a store credit, we lost about $40! Most other stores (Lowes, Home Depot, Sherwin Williams) have no-questions-asked return policies even on paint/stain. Maybe this store needs to evaluate their stubborn manager. I'm telling others to go elsewhere as well.
