I was not informed that I was signing a contract and I definitly did not get a copy of any paperwork. Then when I was going to cancel my membership I was misinformed about the cancelation policy. When I called in the beginning of the month to cancel I asked the lady what I needed to do. All she stated was that I needed to come in person to cancel it and I asked her if there was any deadlines and she said no as long as you come in to cancel it before the new month starts. I went to cancel in person and they were not very pleasant to work with. I have not used my membership in over 2 months and yet I still have paid for each of those months. You can imagine how upset I was to find out that they would be charging my account yet another month because I did not meet a deadline date to cancel which was well before the new month started. Once again when the man at the front desk had me sign to confirm that I wanted to cancel he did not inform me of all the information I was sign for. I did not know what I was signing for until after he asked me if I wanted a copy. This is very unprofessional and illegal of all the employee's who are not properly informing clients of the legal documents they are signing. The lady that chimed in while the man was helping me was very rude and said "well you signed the contract there nothing we can do". In my opinion not trying to help me find a solution because one of their employees misinformed me and then being rude to me all at the same time shows they do not have good customer service. This is not the only time that one of your employees have been dishonest and rude to me. I would never recommend this place to anybody.
