  • If I could give them 0 stars I would! Been shopping all day long for a Chevy. Went to Findlay On 215 and was offered a great deal with great customers service. Came here because I was told on the phone that they had the actual car with the "bucket seats" that I wanted. I expressed to the girl (message me for her name) on the phone I wouldn't drive all the way down here (30 mins away from my house) unless someone physically went into the car to check is the seats were what I wanted. She called me a few minutes later and said "yes, it's exactly what I want". So we took the drive with expectation to close a deal. We got there and the manager said they needed to locate the car because it may be on another LOT! (Didn't the girl Just tell me someone checked it???) we sat there and Waited and waited...nope! They can back and said that there was miscommunication and the bucket seats she was referring to was the driver and passenger! What???? Driver and passenger bucket seats come standard anyway, why would I be asking About that???? I meant the 2nd row!!!! Basically they lured us in, just to get us to the store. They live up to the hype of being a shady car dealership!!!! Not only This...the workers were very unprofessional dropping "F bombs" all over the place! Poor customer service!!! Hey GM of this location.....please provide better customer service training and care more about the reputation of this company!
