They would get 5 stars for the driver being a nice guy and great at his job. Props to him. The problem is the dispatch woman who was one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with.
I was initially told the cab will be there in 20 min and if not to call back. So after 20 min I call back to see when it will be arriving. I get the rudest woman possible on the other line. After 7, yes 7 times asking when the cab would be arriving she finally says 10 minutes and hangs up the phone.
Do cab companies really not understand why people want Uber? Simply amazing that they are still in business with this level of customer services.
