  • So ordered from Amazon. Said it would be delivered Thursday Thursday: So my parcel was loaded on the delivery van on Thursday morning. Wasn't delivered by 6 so I called. Assured me it would be delivered by 10 pm. Nope. Friday: Called at noon said it would be delivered by 5. Called at 6. Said it would be delivered by 10 Called at 10. Said it would be delivered by midnight Nope Saturday: Called at 9. Told me it would be delivered by noon. Called at 1. Said they talked to the driver That he couldn't deliver until Tuesday. Driver didn't want to drive to my place. Huh?!? I argued that is was on his truck since thursday morning. Promised delivery. Asked for manager. Didn't talk to manager but said would be at my place in 3 hours. Called at 5. Told me he never promised it would be there by 4. I pointed out he lies and that they record calls and if I complained the tapes would prove he lied. Told me it would be there before 10. It was delivered at 8. How is Amazon still using them? .
