  • First of all, the bread is legit. They do it right. However, on more than one occasion, the seafood is NOT right. In other words, the shrimp, the catfish, & the oysters. Your shrimp poboy should make people dream about it at night. It's the most popular of all poboys. It should be perfect. I (once again) give up on finding the perfect poboy in Las Vegas. I'm convinced that only exist in Southern Louisiana & the South Western tip of Mississippi. Down there, your poboy will have so many shrimp that you could make 2 sandwiches. Sorry, that's just what I'm used to. (DANGIT, JOCKO!) In fairness, my wife says that their roast beef poboy is good. That's cool, but once again...THE SHRIMP! P.S. Can I add that their service is amazing! They are the nicest dang people. I REALLY want them to get better & better!
