  • Came here on a hot summer day in Vegas and was craving some good 'ole yummy ice cream. I saw the amazing reviews on Yelp and was excited to try this place. When I got here, the place was empty. We were the only ones here! For a place with such great reviews, I'm surprised there was no one here. This Korean guy came out to take our order. I have to say the customer service was definitely lacking. He did not look enthusiastic at all. He just stood there while we were trying to figure out what to order. He didn't really make suggestions or offer any "popular" menu items. He just stood there and stared at us. It was kinda awkward. Once we finally ordered, I was surprised at how expensive it was. But I figured, it must be good! Once the waffle cones and crepe cones came out, I was a bit disappointed that my order didn't look like the one pictured on the screen. It looked so nice and tempting on the display, but in person, the toppings were lacking and not as appealing. The crepe was unique and I liked it as a cone, but it was soft, not crispy. The ice cream was...well, ice cream. Nothing too special. It's definitely not what I'd thought it would be from reading the reviews!
