  • They came out to do my facia and spouts. That was first week in May. The guy shows up with his 12 year old kid and starts the job; 5 minutes in he has taken my down spout off and gets a call; emergency job in Banff, he'll be back on Sunday to finish my job. He takes all of the materials and my down spout. I have called a number of times and arranged a couple of different time for them to come and finish the job. "we'll be there next week" was told me to a few times. It's now November and no wants to call me back. They still have my down spout. Terrible.
