I don't get the attraction to this place. Maybe it's just because it's in the South Side and offers easy group dining. My husband and I had a gift card and ate there saturday and we decided to sit at a small table in the bar area. Our spicy chicken appetizer was good but nothing spectacular. Our meals were ok. Fried rice seemed bulk and not freshly made. Their shrimp sauce was also not great. Our drinks were really good and the service was really good. There are many other hibachi places I would choose over Nakama.
