  • I have lived in Riva for almost 2 years. I love my apartment and wish I could stay longer! We have a beautiful corner unit that is incredibly spacious with lots of windows. Everything is brand new and we have had very few problems. The few minor issues have been addressed and taken care of quickly by the maintenance staff. Love the in-unit washer/dryer & underground parking. The exercise room is small but sufficient. The BBQ area is an added benefit. And the community room seems nice & a great space for a gathering, but I haven't used it since living here. The residents seem to be younger professionals. Many residents have dogs. Everyone is friendly, but keep to themselves. I feel very safe in our building. And appreciate the controlled access. Our buzzer calls my cell phone rather than a wall mounted one. Very cool! The rent for our two-bed two-bath unit is manageable ($1410) when shared with my roommate. Wish I could afford a one bedroom unit when our lease ends in July, but it's a bit pricey for a single person. I've dealt with some bad property management companies over the years in Madison. But I only have great things to say about Avante Properties!
