| - I have been a customer of this establishment for well over 10 years, it has changed over staff a lot and management. I have broken plenty of nails over the years and of course since it was my fault I never attempted to have them fixed for free. On yesterday 12/29/10 I returned to there shop after getting a fill and fix the friday before, three of my nails that they repaired simply broke, I did not hit them as they implied or do anything to cause them to be in distress, they should know me as a repeat dedicated customer, who never gives them trouble, yet they treated me as if I was trying to get my nail repaired unjustly, she asked me twice what did I do to them, that really irritated me since I explained to them when I walked in what the problem was, they simply did not do a efficient job with the fix and fill. They repaired my nail, but before polishing them they asked me to pay them for the repair. That was unjustifiable to me, they did not honor there work, some may say it's only six dollars, but this is clearly principle, there poor work resulted in me paying addiitonal money and they did not have the common courtesy to tell me before repairing them, that they would still charge me. After discussing this with them repeately, I finally gave in and paid them with this condition, If I paid them they would loose me as a customer, they elected to loose a customer over 3 nails and $6 dollars. I left out of there shop without even getting the three nails polished. Every person that enters that shop should be judged upon there indiviual situation and attributes, not a percieved perception of the patrons that enter that shop, I felt that I was accussed and judged and given my walking papers. They clearly don't care about there customers, I felt it my responsibility to tell all that care to enter beware of Guaranteed Nails on Freedom drive. You are not a valued person or customer, but simply a dollar bill.
