  • WARNING!!! If you get a product that turns out to me faulty, don't expect good customer service if you want to exchange for a product that actually works, even if they have warranty for 90 days. The store workers were extremely rude to me, not believing me when I said my AC unit was leaking like crazy. Then I find out that it can take up to 8 weeks to get it back from the repair people! I have never been so frustrated. It's definitely not worth the cheaper costs. Buy something full price from a store where the customer service will be better!!!
