  • Christopher Kidd is the best! I had to come here in December when Chase decided to cancel my credit card. I had lost said card, and when I called them to put a hold on it, I think they thought it was stolen because it had started to say "Las Vegas" all over the history (even though I told them I was moving!)... I don't know. They wouldn't even let me talk to them on the phone and fix it that way. Anyway, I came in here and Christopher Kidd fixed it for me in like 5 minutes after I had talked to Chase on the phone for days and gotten nowhere. So, 5 stars, Chris. I've come in a few other times for little things like depositing checks and I have no complaints about the rest of the bank.
