The club is nice but I become very disappointed when it comes to cancel or hold my membership. They told me that it requires a 30 days notice if you want to do any change to your membership. So you are forced to pay a full month even you are not using it. I opened my membership in summerlin location the sale person promised everything for our business but stop replying my messages about cancellation. They are happy to add you in and then, if you want to cancel? Oh I am sorry you have to pay one more month if you want to cancel anything. Specially I was told I can cancel it AT ANYTIME when I decide to start my membership?!
I am a sales person myself I personally dislike the type of sales that do whatever they can to close the sale but refuse to care the customer after and not taking responsibility about what they promised at first.
Plus. The package they offered?! $350to open to get $100 for 1 personal training class? I was asked several questions and told some common sense tips that everyone should know already during my $100 session. Things like you eat protein but off carbohydrates and where do you want to practice on?! What's your sleep circle?! Are you kidding me...
The club use its high monthly fee and joint fee to make sure you are going to a club that's have better class members. But the starter's LITBUCKS and their personal training sucks. It's a business/sale operation not really a gym.
