  • I would give negative stars if possible. Place is under renovation so alot of the rooms have no hot water. The front desk guy moved me to a different room. Then at midnight some guy unlocks my door and walks in while I was sleeping. He told me he thought the room was vacant and left. Then when I returned from work the next day my cardkey didnt work. I went to the front desk and was told the guy from yesterday didnt properly transfer my name to the new room and never got my credit card so they locked me out. I gave him my credit card and asked if my luggage was still there. He told me he doesnt know because they may have moved it to clear up space for the next guest. So we went upstairs to check and my luggage was still there but no one cleaned the room or provided clean towels.
