Maybe some of the worst food and service I've ever had...anywhere. I think our server had never ever even eaten in a restaurant before starting work at Nola. We were there for almost two hours since it took so long for food and she came to out table three times. We had to ask the manager where our food was after an hour. It was a Sunday and the restaurant was about a third full. The 'bone-in' short ribs was a fatty pot roast (literally sitting in a clear pool of fat on my platter) there were no bones or flavor. The grits had a dried layer on top from sitting under a heat lamp. I used to frequent Nola when it opened. It was great and I don't know what happened.
