  • I apparently didn't have the same experience as others. I went in to purchase gift certificates and was assist by an employee that must have been having a bad day. She appeared to be putting games away and seemed bothered with having to interrupt her work to help me. I've always thought the customer should be the first concern. Her unconcern bordered on rudeness, The party with me also commented on her lack of customer service. I asked her name before I left. It was Nicky. Perhaps some customer service training would be beneficial in this instance.
