After having my baby I delayed having my highlights done for obvious reasons and my hair was in need of colouring so to save time I decided to get a colour box at the drugstore- ended up being too dark and my regular hairstylist from Civello was on vacation so I thought I could find a hairdresser closer to my home and by finding a Aveda salon would make me feel safer. WRONG idea! I had Amy and explained to her my problem that my hair was too dark and had red tinge that I absolutely disliked and a bit of green on the ends of my hair from the pool. 4 hours later (yes you read that right) after having highlights done, 2 toners she decided to put a colour on top of all that ended being dark burgundy circa 1998. Really sad and unhappy my hair looks so bad and I spent 200$ for something worse than before! I sent an email to their manager and she gave me a follow up appointment with a re-do at no cost. I went there today just to be told "I can cut your hair but there's nothing I can do you need to wait it out after all the colouring that had been done I cannot do anything today". I have never been this unhappy with my hair and treated badly. It's not easy getting to place with my 8month old. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT recommend this salon! I'm going back to Civello so that they can fix this burgundy nightmare. Also at this salon there's a sign next to the cashier that says if you leave them a positive review on Goggle they will give you 10% off your next consultation. Doesn't seem fair.
