  • After years of empty promises, double billing, crappy service, and excuse after excuse after excuse.....I fired Western Exterminators from servicing my homes. I'm happier, my renters are much happier. It is absolutely a rip off to be asked to pay $86.50 for a 3 minute service where the person doing the service doesn't even make an attempt to spray or remove a spiderweb. Then when they realize you're actually home watching them and they're caught getting ready to leave after less than 5 minutes on the property....the excuses start. Ironically, after cancelling my service they call and offer to improve their work and even cut a deal on the service you're unhappy with.....and a week later an invoice arrives for 100% of the service amount. It will be a cold, cold day in hell before they see a cent from me ever again.
