| - We purchased a 2009 Nissan Altima on June 17, 2017, for $4300, good deal, right?! Well, not really!!! The finance guy would not honor my request to put car in my Daughter's name as she paid for it & required additional fees ... which turned out to be an additional $1000! Including, For example $195.52 license fee! ...& $499 documentation fee!?!! On & on! .. to name a few! They assured me that I would receive Title & metal license plate within a short time! The fast talking finance guy sent us off with a temporary paper registration plate expiring on August 1, 2017. On July 31, I contacted AutoNation requesting why I did not receive Title and License Playe!?!! They assured me that they would have their "best customer service" get back to me immediately! 3 days later, I received a message stating that Registration was delayed due to Corporate name change! ...& they were still researching!?!! Meanwhile, I went down to MVD & received title & metal plate for $9!!! And found out that registration was only paid for through October, 2017!!?! And the Registration Licensing was actually only $42. Wow! Do NOT buy a car from AutoNation! They exist to rip people off! Terrible customer service & now car is having problems! Additionally, they tried to sell me partially coverage warranty for more than $2000!! With co-pays!!!?!
