Amazing doesn't even touch it. First off the staff? Fantastic. Everyone from the busboy on up were attentive without hovering. Personable without being too familiar. Perfect. Now the meat of the issue: the food. There was not a bad bite over three courses. I started with the Cesar and my husband had the clam chowder. The Cesar was perfectly balanced. Normally I really don't like clam chowder but I tried a bite of his and it was delicious; not too fishy. He says, "it was thick and amazing. They didn't skimp on anything. It was the best I ever had" Perfect. We caught a prime rib special and this was not the church's prime rib charity dinner! This... it taught me the difference between fat and gristle. This melted in my mouth. I've had butter that wasn't as good as the fat on this beef. It was as served with 3 sauces a standard but not over salty aus jus, a horseradish that only makes you cry for joy, and... they called it a mustard but...Husband doesn't eat mustard and he loves this. Neither of us could pick a favorite. The Flemings Potatoes are my favorite. Don't let the jalapeƱo scare you they won't burn you. Dessert is a sinful mystery you need to discover for yourself. The End.
