I bought my car here and hence brought it for service . Drove all the way from Chandler after making an appointment at 9am. Only reason I brought it here was because of the Zaktek paint protection that was due. I could've taken it to any other Jeep service shop. I got there and was told that I had to wait all day for a few services like oil filter change and a new SW download. I was willing to rent a car but after 40 min I couldnt even talk to the service advisor, Kevin Gjerstad, who was just there in the phone and ignoring me like I wasn't even there not even acknowledging me. At that time I realized this was going to be a full wasted day so asked for the keys and left. Not even an attempt to talk to me. Last time coming here. You lost a customer.
