  • I had the best experience picking up and dropping off my car! We were trying to see if we could get an upgrade when we went to pick up the car and the lady said she could let us pick which car we want because it was a busy weekend and no upgrades were available. When we dropped off our car we didn't fill up the tank so we asked customer service if we could use our triple A card for a discount. He couldn't do that but he punched in some numbers and gave us a discount on the gas! Awesome!
