  • Yikes! Heather was extremely helpful, professional and overall very pleasant to speak with and that is why we chose All My Sons. The 2 man crew did a good job overall. They scratched the top of a new patio table. One of the two men got injured while moving our dresser...blood everywhere at our new home on our driveway and garage. I've tried contacting Heather (the lady who was so awesome to begin with) and yet no response. Our move was on Sunday and we still haven't heard back from anyone at All My Sons. I even sent pictures to them and still nothing. I do hope that the man that got injured is okay, not sure if he needed stitches or not. Just such a shame, the company started off on the right foot by being so professional and forward to completely letting me down. Customer Service is important to them to get you hooked but after that they could give a crap less. Very disappointing!!
