  • Worst ever!! They've been a no show 3 times. I called them to repair our hot water because we've been getting a white residue in the hot water which clogs up our pipes so the water ends up trickling out. I called Darden since they were the ones to replace our water heater and wanted them to fix the problem. I was told the owner himself, Don would be coming out to handle the issue. After the first no show I thought something terrible may have happened but I was told he fell ill and was unable to make any housevisits. Regardless a phone call would have been nice so I didn't waste the whole day waiting. I even called them and left messages which were never returned. As I was about to call a different plumber Don calls me and reassures me he will take care of the problem at no charge and apologized. So I decide to give him another chance and once again a no show. It wasn't until I called and left them a message at how disappointed I was with their professionalism that he decided to show up but by then it was too late. I already went with another plumber, Red Carpet. I'll let you know how they turn out. Anyone's gotta be better than Darden.
