Went in to BMY looking for a specific coil but they did not have it, they were able to offer an alternative. They offered to swap out my current burnt out coil, so I said yes and asked if they could tighten a couple of screws that were loose on my SMOK OSUB King which they said no problem. As the staff member was swapping out the coil the other staff member went in to the back where a bunch of their friends were with my mod and was gone for about 2 minutes, a little longer than I expected for tightening two screws but I didn't think much of it. Since then I noticed my vape was only charging to about half way(I bought it January 29th, the batteries are new) but I had blamed it on maybe the charging cable coming loose overnight. Fast forward to a couple of days ago when the screws were coming loose again, I noticed that the two screws were completely stripped. I then focused on trying to fully charge the vape and it will only go to 56% no matter what.
So best case scenario: the staff member stripped the screws on my mod
Worst case scenario: he swapped out my mod for another that was there
Likely scenario: he swapped out my batteries for his or someone else's in back and then rushed to tighten the screws and completely stripped them.
There's no real way for me to prove anything that happened as this all happened at the end of March, but I just figured I would warn everyone not to let them touch your vape.
