My husband and I were looking for a Kia Sedona for our family. We saw an extremely clean looking van with low miles at Goldie's. We were a little skeptical about going to a dealer that we had never heard of. We called the day of and asked if the van was still available, John King told us it was still in their lot and we decided to give it a shot. When we got to the dealership John came to the door, met us, and showed us around their indoor showroom/lot. We found that John had the van pulled out and was ready for us to look at it. He told us that he would let us look at the van at our leisure and if we wanted to test drive him to let him know and he would get the keys for us to test drive on our own. John got us the keys after we looked at the car, and told us to take a 15-20 minute test drive to make sure we liked the way it handled. We took the van out for another inspection in the sunlight and took it for a drive around the area. When we got back we talked with John and mentioned that the van seemed to have a slight alignment issue. He told us that if we were still interested in the van, he would add a promise in our contact to have the van aligned at a dealership of our choice and that Goldie's would take care of it. (We took the van in on Monday and had no issue with Goldie's upholding their promise to us). We decided to go for it, it was exactly what we were looking for. It was so quick going through the buying process and very painless. It was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I would absolutely buy another car from here again. Goldie's is a great family business and everyone there is amazing!
