  • I never write reviews but I just have to now. I'm a single mom, I have no family here and my car broke down. I'm not rich and I'm always scared of someone screwing me over especially when it comes to my car. After reading these yelp reviews, I had to call ZipZaps... So I did.. And let me tell you I'm glad I did. The lady that answers the phone was so sweet and professional. I explained to her my situation and told her I pretty much need my car fixed like today. Lol. I told her I couldn't drive my car and she promptly arranged a tow truck. After the tow she called me back VERY quickly and said "so we already looked at your car".. I was like.. "already?!" She quoted me something I was able to afford so I said "let's do this!" The car was ready same day.. I told the nice lady that I didn't have a ride to come get it and she quickly said "hold on one second, I'm gonna see if someone can pick you up.. " 20 minutes later, the mechanic that was working on my car picked me and my son up in his car! Now THAT is customer service people. When we got to the place, I met the nice lady I've been chatting with on the phone.. can't remember her name for the life of me but she was AMAZING. She gave my son a cookie!!! Homemade!! Did she make them herself??? Most likely! Anywho.. best customer service experience of my entire life. I will be going back here everytime I need my car serviced. And the thing is, no one told me or asked me to write a review. The service was just so great that I felt I needed to.. thank you ZipZap auto..
