  • Our ac distributor blew at midnight and unfortunately communication lead to Sunbelt being issued a work order. Their service department walked me through exactly what I needed and gave me all the info to get the right work order and service issued. They had zero obligation to give me 15 minutes of their time to get things corrected in the sweltering heat. Amazing customer service even when we didn't end up being a customer after all!
