rev:text	The business practices of Canali are unprofessional and unethical. I came in late on a Thursday night at the North Las Vegas Outlet Location looking for a duffel bag and a sales person made an interesting recommendation of a style and color and I not before considered. Because time was short and I wanted to think over my purchase, I asked if the bag could be held until the next time the sales person and I could meet which was on Monday. When I called to arrange a time to come in and make the purchase, I was told another sales person had already sold the bag that was held under my name and phone number! This is totally classless. No legitimate luxury brand treats its customers this way. There was no explanation given to me as to why the bag was sold before the end of the day on which it was to be held for me. Because I reasonably thought the bag was waiting for me, I stopped looking for other alternatives for my trip out of town on Tuesday, so this has caused a major inconvenience. I did speak with the regional manager and give him credit for spending time to hear my concerns and address them to the extent he could. However, the same product was not made available for me to purchase and no offer of future discount or accommodation was made. I therefore have to advise everyone to stay away from this business. They disrespect their customers and do not keep their promises. This Canali Outlet cannot be trusted and will only end up wasting your time. I recommend going to Dunhill next door where the customer service and professionalism is far superior.
