I already hate shopping at Superstore, so I may be a teeeeeny bit biased. However, each awful experience just adds another nail to the coffin.
I have never in my life experienced such rude, complacent, condescending, lazy customer service. Any returns are met with an eye-roll and is done without a word other than "sign here".
I personally find the store very frustrating. The store is messy and disorganized. I find myself (on those rare occasions I MUST shop here) wandering the store looking for an item. I rarely see staff on the floor to help point in the right direction. When I do, they are stocking shelves or cleaning, and it is a HUGE inconvenience for me to interrupt their job. Even then, more often than not they don't know where to find the item I am looking for, so I am sent on a wild goose chase. Yes, that's just what I need in my life, to spend half an hr wandering the store looking for mason jars.
Thanks, Superstore, but I'll pass. There's a Safeway across the road.
