rev:text	I am totally surprised writing this.i researched cell repair places do from the reviews I was happy to call cellsavers.....My tech was Issac and was very professional with excellent customer service...my phone was repaired and working fine.....about and hour after he left the phone stopped responding...we called and submitted warranty form...but got no response or followup....we had to call in to get ypdate and still don't know when phone will be repaired.....the amount of hoops that exists for a warranty repair..is outrageous...is now,think I should have keep looking...BTW the 3 stars are due solely to ur tech Issac..
