I Recently Purchased a used car from Findlay Acura. As soon as I drove off the lot I noticed a speaker was blown and the Bluetooth wasn't working on the car. I called the sales guy and told him and he asked me "did you buy the extended warranty"..... Not even offering for me to bring it in and they'll make it right. I've bought several cars over the past few years new and used but this dealership really ranks low out of all the ones I've been to. Generally a sales manager thanks you for buying the car, generally they throw in a free key chain, make you feel like they didn't abuse you too badly. It honestly just felt a little less classy than I would have liked the whole experience to be. At the end of the day, I ended up with the car I wanted, It just would have been nice if they had extended themselves, I'll probably never buy a car here again.
