  • Angel is great. I dropped off an order on Friday and asked if I could pick it up the next day. She explained that they were closed over the weekend and that I could pick it up Tuesday. That wouldn't work as my husband needed his shirts for work Tuesday morning. I pleaded with her to pick them up on Monday, and even though it was late Friday and they were almost shut down for the weekend, she told me they could do it. It was a pretty large order and I think it helped that they didn't want to lose our business. Sure enough, they were ready Monday and Angel said "I promised you!" While we likely won't be able to go back because we'll need to find a cleaner to use over the weekends, I definitely appreciate that she sensed my stress and made sure that everything was ready in time despite the fact that it would cause them to rush. She didn't even charge me extra! Kindness goes a long way when you are trying to get good service.
