  • This place brings the girls AND the boys to the yard. Early 2000's rap joke, anybody? HA! It was a freezing Pittsburgh late afternoon and I was craving something hot and sweet. The Milkshake Factory beckoned me in. I was excited to try one of their famous hot chocolates. For under $5 and in under 5 minutes I was on my way-hot chocolate in tow! It was rich, chocolate-y, & delicious. The customer service was great, the girl who helped was sweet and also gave me a peanut butter chocolate bar sample. They also sell dessert and pastries there. I would go back for a Milkshake on a sunnier day!
