  • Dismissive and demeaning care. Lack of empathy and cold responses from staff when we tried to address it through their internal system. Waited more than two hours for pain relief from kidney stones - an unheard of time to wait in number 10 pain. Would have left if we had any other options, but being from out of town, we didn't. If you have alternatives - stay away from this place.
