My experience turned bad when I return the car. I forgot a package in the car and realized I forgot it right away. it was after hours so I call them first thing in the morning. They told me nothing was turned in and they already rent the car out. they said nothing was turned into the lost and found. So I continue to call and basically got the run around. On my lunch break I went up there and we went to the back and my package was sitting on the ground by where they clean the cars. When I forgot my package it was not open but when I got it back it had been open. They did not take the time to put it in lost and found and they just did not care that I called and asked about it. The customer service was horrible. Then the supervisor wanted to be upset because I was upset. After all that the supervisor still did not apologize for not taking the time to look for my package or even think to say I am sorry I did not call you back from this morning. They say they are not responsible for lost items but they have a lost and found. They say they look for the item but did not find it when it was in her face. The supervisor does not follow-up on complaints or calls. The employees just sit around and don't help anyone. The entire facility needs to be redone with new supervisor and employees.
