  • To start the review, without a "awesome" or "great service" is pathetic, I hate giving out one stars but if there was a time I could give a negative rating this would sure get it. I went to get my car fixed and was quoted $3200 in repairs including labor, my insurance with C.A.R.S was said to cover everything that needed to be repaired, to get a phone call back from the dealership saying the insurance can ONLY cover HALF OF ONE ITEAM!!!!!!!!!!!! And the rest would have to be out of pocket was a slap to the face. So out of $3200 they would only cover $112, and that's, that the dealership didn't want to use the rebuild kit to fix that one item, so I bought the item myself and they only paid for labor which was only $31 and change. Really what a shame, I don't know what kind of game these people are playing but for future reference stay away, and like how others have said save the money on future repairs. Don't waste your time or breathe with theses jokers, STAY AWAY FROM THIS TRAP THEY CALL INSURANCE!
