  • Wow! I just tasted a chocolate /coconut cupcake and a Coffee/apple cakelet that I bought for my wife and I have to say they were delicious! Now, I'm not a dessert fan and I've tasted many forgettable cupcakes and desserts from other high end bakerys. However this is the most memorable one I've ever had. I find most desserts in North America are way too sweet for me and the overt sweetness doesn't agree with me, but the Pedaldust offerings were not too sweet which is just the way I like it. I spoke to the owner and she told me that she is not a professionally trained pastry chef, but that she always had a love of baking desserts and a romantic dream of running a small business. Bravo to her! ( sorry I didn't catch her name). Btw the store is very nicely decorated and setup with a beautiful see through kitchen. I know I'll be back for more.....
