  • I bought my ticket about four months in advance and was very happy with the price the layover times and schedule. But here I am now two weeks away from my time to leave to go see my son not even a word so much as Word from them to tell me that my trip has been changed Not an email not a phone call The only reason I found out is because I went into my emails from when I bought the ticket to check and verify my times and it prompted me to reserve a seat come to find out my airplane is now leaving two hours earlier than intended so I will now have a five hour layover time if I didn't miss my plane all together basically destroying the one time of year I get to see my song I feel as if they were only telling me that my layover times would only be an hour and a half to two hours so I would book with them and at the last minute they change it I purchased a ticket for Specific times and Specific date I am disappointed in the service I will never book a Airplane ticket with Delta again in advance or one week ahead of time I'd rather take a 12 hour greyhound
