  • Worst experience ever. I received a Groupon as a gift for my daughters birthday cake. i called to set up a time to talk about the cake i wanted and get it ordered. Instead of a returned call i received a text asking for a picture which i sent and never got a response. Three days later i called and texted again only to be asked for another picture at that point she quoted me $165 for all. When she realized i had a groupon (which i told her in the beginning) she changed the price which would have totaled over $300. I agreed to the cake but have yet to receive a call or text back to set up a time shes just ignoring me. The worst part is i already paid $104 that i cant get refunded for my groupon. At this point i am going to just have to use her cake for decoration (if she even calls me back) and get another one elsewhere. With the experience i have had so far and the reviews i have seen i am scared to death this lady is going to ruin my daughters first birthday.PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I wish i didnt have to :/
