| - This company is a total joke, this is our 2nd experience with this company, they came out to our home first part of 2017 to repair our washer, after having them through all type of parts at it, the tech said I can't fix it. The washer was less than a year old.
After having Lowe's swap out the washer and dryer due to making the set match our washer just broke again 2weeks ago.
Lowe's warranty sends this same company back out. They take a week to come out and figure out what parts are needed and start to leave, they were going to leave our washer in parts all over my floor for over a week before the parts come in. We had to stop him and tell him "no your not leaving that mess in our house like that" unreal.
After the parts come in I had to call them to find out what day are you coming back out. It a good thing I called, we were on schedule for the next day and did not know that. We were told he will be there 8am to 10am, he finally showed up after 11am. Every time we have them scheduled they never do what they tell you.
After the tech was done replacing all kinds of parts, he says hopefully this will fix the problem.
This morning we place a load of clothes in the washer and it does the same thing. We call and they tell up we need to file a 2nd claim with our warranty through Lowe's. They didn't fix the problem and now they don't want to stand behind their work from the first problem.
Lowe's calls Appliance Rescue, their reply is our washer will need a new tub, bearings and other parts. This will cost more than replacing our washer. This is now the 2nd washer of ours these people could not fix. And Lowe's warranty wanted to give us $500 store credit for a $900 washer we also paid $249 for a 5year warranty that clearly states we have replacement value. Thanks to the store Manager that is replacing our washer.
Sorry to say this company and the company that Lowe's has their warranty through is running off their customers, I will never buy any appliance from Lowe's due to this. What a joke Appliance Rescue and the warranty company. We have spent a small fortune purchasing parts, appliances,building supplies with Lowes for both personal and business and will be looking elsewhere now to make these purchases. Its sad that we had to get upset and get the store involved to make them stand behind the warranty they sold us!
