  • Got a blood test for my cats and it was missing some documents. Called three times asking for the documents which they said they found, and as soon as it was signed they would call me back. Never yet got a call back. Every single time I call the doctor is not in. Still to this day still no call from them despite my follow ups. Frustrated to the max, and wouldn't hope this on anyone especially if their pet was ill.
