  • The manager was beyond rude! My husband and I went in order to return some a pair of shoes since they were too small and tried a bigger size. The manager refused to make the return because I bought the shoes in another store. She told us that would mess with her inventory. I replied that all shoes can be returned in any store as long as you have the ticket. She still refused and asked us to leave. I could not believe it.
