Today, I received a voicemail at 4:16pm that delivery was attempted.
I find this hard to believe since our mailbox is located inside a business that is open until 6pm. Although I called back within a few minutes, I was told the driver would not be able to return for another attempt until the following day (assuming a first attempt was ever made).
We got this mailbox specifically because the business is open and able to receive packages throughout the day. We receive packages there 2 to 3 times a week from other shipping companies with no incidents.
In the case that whoever was delivering to 33 Avenue on Monday, October 24 was simply lost, I am happy to change my rating. I understand that mistakes can happen.
The woman I spoke to at the call centre was lovely. She apologized for the confusion and confirmed all of the contact info and address details were correct for tomorrow's delivery attempt.
