  • As a Realtor in the business of protecting my client's interests it is important for me to make proper recommendations. Anyone who I refer reflects directly upon me. Therefor it's extremely important that I have faith and confidence that they will meet or exceed my client's expectations. I have worked with all of the inspectors here, though mostly Steve, and I can honestly say that this is the best company I've ever worked with. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely thorough. At the end of every inspection My client and I both get a printed report with pictures!! Normally you just get an email and you follow the guy around as they scroll through their ipad. The pricing is very fair, and the service top notch.
