  • I adore this place. While they've had some issues in the past, whoever they have hired to cook now is amazing. The egg foo young is seasoned well and fluffy, and not a big hockey puck like most place in Scottsdale. The soups are wonderful with tasty clear broths. Last time I ordered the spicy eggplant with tofu and was not disappointed. It's time to retry the moo shu pork (for the record Wang's Express on Bell and Tatum is the underappreciated superstar of the moo shu.) but so far, so good for the new staff in the kitchen.
