  • Do not, under any circumstances, bring your computer for repair here. I've had numerous infuriating experiences with this shop over the years. I understand that it might seem bizarre to keep returning to a location that provides a poor service, but it just happened to be right next door to my place, and was the only place close. Over the years, I've had several parts replaced with cheaper versions that burned out quickly or malfunctioned, and I've brought my laptop in with one issue only for another part of the laptop to "coincidentally" break "irreparably" while in their care, among other problems. Beyond that, even when they screw up, they're unapologetic and even rude. In all seriousness, with no exaggeration, my experiences with this shop have been the absolute worst in any retail capacity.
